Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning helps health and social care organisations to understand their complex systems. By using a range of intelligence we can develop a robust picture that enables and delivers system redesign, improving outcomes for the population.
The Strategic Planning Team support health and social care systems through provision of strategic planning advice, guidance and coaching to:
- Make sense of complex systems
- Understand high impact opportunities for redesign
- Design, prototype and implement new pathways and models of care
- Evaluate the impact of those new pathways and models of care to identify further development necessary to achieve strategic objectives
