COVID UPDATE February 2021

The Festival team have been looking at various options to bring the St Magnus International Festival back in 2021 and we are working hard to find a way to do this. At present, with the ongoing global pandemic and with the restrictions put in place by the Scottish Government, it is difficult to be certain what might be possible and permitted in June.

The safety of our audiences, performers and staff is our priority and we are constantly monitoring the advice and guidance from the UK and Scottish governments as well as funders and Arts Industry bodies. We are also consulting with similar events to share approaches with the hope that we will be able to bring some of the magic of the Festival back to the stage in 2021. The uncertainty of the situation makes planning very complex and will certainly mean that we are not able to present firm plans months in advance.

Please keep returning to this page for updates or get in touch to request that you are put on our mailing list. We hope that "THE PERFORMANCE RESUMES" in some shape or form 18th - 25th June 2021.

A Celebration of the Arts
