Redundancy support
(PACE) is a Scottish partnership initiative which provides support to employees when an organisation is facing redundancy issues.
The initiative established by the Scottish Government is being delivered by Skills Development Scotland and supported by national and local partners, offering a service to help individuals and businesses. The key aim of PACE is to get people being made redundant into training or alternative employment as quickly as possible.
