Following on from the Designing for a Changing Climate Pilot A&DS will deliver a programme of support to Climate Action Towns across Scotland

The focus of this series is on supporting better place quality through considering location and place priorities for new housing led developments.
This service will support a small number of selected Local Authorities to develop spatial plans for places which prioritise decarbonisation.
A&DS is developing a design advice service on town centre living, initially looking at town centres as Caring Places for older people.
Our Health Design Advice service, delivered with Health Facilities Scotland, helps those who commission new, or substantially redeveloped, facilities.
Pre-Design Support for Housing: working with local authorities and housing associations at the very start of the process of developing homes.
The Public Sector Client Forum facilitates discussion across the public sector on shared issues, experience and good practice.
