Educators and system leaders in Scotland are facing unprecedented leadership challenges as they manage additional pressures as a direct result of the coronavirus pandemic. School leaders are currently implementing measures that must be put in place to reduce the risk of transmission of the Covid-19.

Whilst leaders continue to prioritise health and wellbeing, strong leaders will also be ensuring that their schools continue to deliver the highest quality of learning and teaching across their school.

Systems Thinking seminars

Systems Thinking seminars are aimed at senior school and system leaders. The seminars provide a platform to stimulate thinking and provide an opportunity for participants to question and share thoughts.

In Education Scotland we have been hosting a series of online webinars with guests from around the world called 'International Blethers' to develop thinking around how we seize opportunities in pedagogical developments in response to the recovery planning taking place across our education system.
