To help keep NHS staff up-to-date with developments in the law affecting the NHS in Scotland, we publish CLO Update and CLO Employment Update, regular client e- newsletters . For example, we might include news of a Bill being debated in the Scottish Parliament, a consultation paper issued by the Scottish Government or a summary of a new piece of legislation. We also write analyses of court decisions with implications for the health service.
