Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) provide answers to many common questions about booking and travelling, including information around routes, vehicles, children, dogs, online bookings and refunds. 

Coronavirus protection measures remain in place. All of Scotland has moved to Scottish Government coronavirus  protection level 0 . In terms of ferry travel, physical distancing will remain in place and face-coverings on our vessels and in our ports and offices are mandatory - unless exempt.
