This is a support programme for young entrepreneurs.

Do you have a business less than 3 years old? Are you aged 35 or under?

IMPACT30 gives you access to a range of experts who have been there, done it, and created successful businesses.

The goal of this programme is to develop thirty young business leaders of the future each year and is custom-designed to help you make an impact in your industry. The programme works with you as an individual, focusing on the tools, skills and knowledge required to grow your business and achieve its full potential.

Yes, if you are:

• a young or early stage business or social enterprise with growth potential
• based in Highland Council area
• aged 35 or under
• a key decision maker within the business

This is free of charge to the business (subject to State Aid allowances).

SMEs based in the Highland Council area – any industry sector.

The programme is underpinned by a culture of collaboration and bringing like-minded people together, while nurturing specific business needs.

There will be several opportunities for participants to meet up throughout the year, exchange learning experience and contributing to the programme framework.

Much of the support is delivered one-to-one and remotely, avoiding need for extensive travel and time spent away from the business.
