This video provides an update on the basic microbiology of the acute dento-alveolar abscess, sampling and analysis techniques and knowledge of the common microbes which can be isolated from the dental abscess.

This video provides an overview of the pharmacokinetics of Penicillin V and Amoxicillin and discusses appropriate use of antimicrobials when dealing with patients suffering from severe dental infections.
