In order to minimise adverse affects of NSAIDs, by November 2019, 80%of high risk patients, in a Greenock GP practice, prescribed a long term NSAID, will have had a documented clinical safety review as per NICE and GGC guidelines.
By the end of November 2019, 95% of patients in the practice treated with bisphosphonate therapy for osteoporosis will have a medication review date recorded.
