The QDT presented their preferred structure but the Validation Panel suggested possible alternatives,\u00a0and asked the QDT to get feedback on a number of possible options.<\/p>\n<p>So, to that end, I have created a short <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/PCPassport\">survey<\/a>, suggesting three possible options. I would appreciate if you would take a few minutes (it should take no more than five) to complete the questionnaire and let me know your preferred option.<\/p>\n<p>Please feel free to share the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/PCPassport\">link <\/a>with colleagues.
