It&#8217;s an opportunity to reflect on what works and try to improve what doesn&#8217;t. We had our day out yesterday. It&#8217;s not a day of naval-gazing. We focus on actions. So, over the next few months, we plan to do the following.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a consultant register to\u00a0capture the details of people who want to work with us.<\/li>\n<li>Formally evaluate your experience when you do work for us.<\/li>\n<li>Formalise the unit writing process to make clearer what&#8217;s expected of everyone.<\/li>\n<li>Find a replacement for GroupSpaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The last task is a disappointment. Groupspaces is going over to a paid-only model so we&#8217;re looking for a free alternative.<\/p>\n<p>We spent time on our operational planning and we also discussed the membership of the Sector Panel and the Qualification Support Team, and will make some changes to both.<\/p>\n<p>Look out for news about each of the above in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once a year, the team take a day out\u00a0to review the past year and look forward to the next one.
