UN climate change conference

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon attended the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) conference, COP23, in Germany.

She was invited to speak at a High Level Plenary session on behalf of states, regions and devolved governments around the world at the Marrakech Partnership for Global Climate Action closing event.

While at the conference, she also met representatives from other countries and NGOs to discuss how Scotland is tackling climate change.
