I know that many schools (and some colleges) do their curriculum planning for next year around this time, so it seems like a good time to remind you of the choices available to centres.<\/p>\n<p>Schools may be particularly interested in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/sqa\/74738.html\">Cyber Security<\/a> (SCQF Levels 4, 5 and 6), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/sqa\/74863.html\">Digital Passport<\/a> (SCQF Levels 4, 5 and 6), <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.sqa.org.uk\/computing\/npa-digital-media-and-npa-web-design\/\">Digital Media (SCQF Levels 4 and 5) and Web Design (SCQF Level 5)<\/a>, the last two of which have recently been refreshed. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/files_ccc\/SQA_Internet_Safety_Award_Web%20File.pdf\">Award in Internet Safety<\/a> is popular in the both the school and college sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Colleges may be interested in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/sqa\/76243.html\">PDA Software Development<\/a> (SCQF Levels 7, 8 and 9), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/sqa\/78715.html\">HNC Data Analytics<\/a>, HNC<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.sqa.org.uk\/computing\/hncd-technologies-in-business-validation\/\">\/D Technologies in Business<\/a>, which is a new award, and <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.sqa.org.uk\/computing\/hnd-computer-science-review-2\/\">HND Computer Science<\/a>, which is currently being revised. The new <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.sqa.org.uk\/computing\/hnc-cyber-security-team-meeting\/\">HNC Cyber Security<\/a> is in development right now and some centres have already expressed an interest in offering it from next August.<\/p>\n<p>For training centres the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/sqa\/76654.html\">Diploma in Data Analytics<\/a> is receiving a lot of interest, as is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqa.org.uk\/sqa\/71529.html\">Diploma in Information Security<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please <a href=\"mailto:emma.campos@sqa.org.uk\">contact Emma<\/a> for awards up to SCQF Level 6 or <a href=\"mailto:helen.zhang@sqa.org.uk\">contact Helen<\/a> for awards at Level 7 and above.
