If you would prefer to complete a paper questionnaire, you can request one from us.

You should receive your paper questionnaire within 7-10 working days.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of paper requests so please do not be concerned if this takes longer to arrive.

If you request a paper questionnaire, you can still change your mind and complete online. Please only submit one return for your household.

You can also contact us to arrange to have a paper questionnaire sent to you.
