Easter weekend closure
Please note that we will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 14 April 2022, reopening at 10am on Tuesday 19 April 2022. Our complaints form will remain available during this time but we will not respond until we reopen.

Delays in complaints handling

We are very sorry, but due to the impact of COVID-19 there is currently a delay of up to 11 months in allocating complaints to a Complaints Reviewer.

We are working hard to continue to deliver our service under challenging circumstances. We assure you we will read every complaint as it comes in.
