The main task today was to agree a qualification structure.<\/p>\n<p>The following structure was approved.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Esports: The Esports Industry<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Esports: Game Performance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Esports: Organising &amp; Promoting Events.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This will be the same at each of the three levels (National 4, National 5 and Higher), which will help with progression between levels and multi-level teaching. Each of the units will be available on a stand-alone basis, too. It&#8217;s an important milestone to get the structure agreed. We can now progress to writing the component units in May and validation of the award in June.<\/p>\n<p>The qualification will be available to centres from August.
