Ready for Summer in the Wee Tree Howf!
There is nothing wee about our Wee Tree House - we just didn't want to change the name entirely from the much loved Wee Howf - as it used to be before it grew up into a fully fledged tree house! Down at the pond at the moment it is just glorious, the sun rises behind it and sets in front of it - so it basks in the sunshine, giving fantastic sunsets too. The wildlife is fabulous at the moment too, last evening down on the pond were two swans, wild ducks, moor hens, swallows, frogs and much more. What nicer place to sit beside a fire pit, watch the sun go down and listen to the many animals settling in for the night. Hope to see you soon. Ian, Heather & Family. 03/06/2022 |

Unique in its quiet country setting, you will be surrounded by natural gardens, a lochan and woodland areas, share wonderful views, sunsets and privacy, yet thanks to our location you are ideally placed for easy access to some of Scotland’s finest countryside and tourist attractions. Here you will find seven truly unique and exceptional accommodations, each one offering an individual experience, in the country side, made from wood and stone and most definately not trying to be mini hotels. These are intended to be special and different places to stay. Craighead Glamping is for adults only, we welcome children during main holiday times to stay with us in the Muckle Howf. |
