New booking and ticketing system

Early next year, we'll introduce a new booking and ticketing system, which will offer greater choice over the purchase and management of your Caledonian MacBrayne ferry tickets.   

As with any new system, there will be some changes to how you, and we, do things. To help you plan, we will be sharing the differences the new system brings, beginning with some of the most common changes to ticketing which will apply across the network. 

This dedicated web section will hold all the latest information available, and later in the year, you'll find prompts and reminders on our social media channels, and in our ports and offices. When the system goes live, our website will have all the support and information you might need - and our teams will be ready to help, as always.
