Booking system downtime Saturday 13 to Wednesday 17 May - As part of our transition to our new ticketing and booking platform on 17 May - our systems will undergo a period of scheduled maintenance from 13 May - 17 May.
From 13 May - 17 May, our teams can't amend/refund or cancel any booking during this period, so there may be a delay to our response.
