What is the SSSC Learning Zone?
The Learning Zone is an online service provided by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) to help the social work, social care and children and young people workforce in Scotland find resources to support continuous professional learning (CPL).
What will I find on the Learning Zone?
The Learning Zone will help you to discover learning opportunities in a curated collection of learning resources. These resources have been created by the SSSC or trusted partners, such as NHS Education Scotland, IRISS and others.
Do I need to use the Learning Zone to meet my CPL requirements?
No. We hope that the Learning Zone supports your learning and makes it easy to find relevant resources, but you can fulfil your CPL requirements without using the Learning Zone.
How do I sign in to the Learning Zone?
You can sign in to the Learning Zone using your SSSC MyLearning/Badges account.
Please note that you will not be able to sign in to the Learning Zone using your MySSSC account details.
Who is responsible for keeping the Learning Zone up-to-date?
The Digital Learning Team at SSSC looks after the Learning Zone. If you discover something isn’t working, or have suggestions of how it can be improved, please contact digitallearning@sssc.uk.com.
