We have produced a new interactive dashboard designed to provide clear, insights into SSSC registration data. The tool allows you to explore real time updates on registered individuals, removals from the SSSC Register and findings from the leavers survey.

We’ve improved the Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) portal for the Early Learning and Childcare Workforce to provide better support for the workforce.  

The Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) has published the SSSC Register Leavers Survey Report which gives an insight into leavers from the social work, social care and children and young people workforce.  

Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Mainstreaming and Outcomes Report sets out how we are placing equality, diversity and inclusion at the centre of our work as regulator for the social work, social care and children and young people workforce in Scotland. It shows what we have done since 2021 and our plans (outcomes) for 2025-2029. 

Our first annual Have Your Say Workforce Wellbeing Survey report provides valuable insights from people working in the social work, social care and children and young people workforce on a wide range of topics, including wellbeing, pay, terms and conditions, support, access to training and qualifications and general experiences of working in the sector.
