Problem with the homepage

    Hello, there are some problems after last update from 15/01/2017 – the home sections (home slider, about us section, etc.) don’t work. Is problem on my side, or is it caused by the update?

    I don’t know does this help but I just noticed that whole front-page.php file is missing in 1.1.6 version, there was one in 1.1.5 version and I put that to child directory (what I had in backup) and now pages work again.

    Thank you, I have already solved the problem thanks to plugin WP Rollback. :))

    Hi,

    In the latest version, we have removed the front-page.php file so you will have to create a new page with “Home Page” template and then select this page in the Settings -> Readings front Page option. Check this link for more detail

    Hi,
    3 questions regarding the homepage:
    1) Can i add text box of 300 words right after the slider?
    2) Can I set my H1 in the text box?
    3) Can I rearrage the homepage section?
