I have a website that automatically generates URLs depending on database fields.

For example, a unique page on backend called /products/ can be accessed the following ways:
http://www.example.com/products/?sku=product-1/ (with price $500)
http://www.example.com/products/?sku=product-2/ (with price $1,000, different pics/content form the product-1)

If product-1 increases price to $750, is there a way to automatically recognize there was a change and refresh this cache?
