Upgrading from free to pro version and had questions – based on ominous warnings in the very limited instructions VFB offers. Each reply was curt and vague. I would write back asking for clarification about very specific points and a couple days later get another curt reply that basically paraphrased the previous reply and did not answer my specific question. This went back and forth three times still leaving my question essentially unanswered. Next I get an email saying the ticket was resolved. So much for support.
