We keep a record of all complaints made about our service and the outcome of each complaint. We produce statistics and reports on these each year.

Since April 2007 we've also published reports from our Independent Service Delivery Reviewer about service complaints. The 2007-08 report can be accessed here.  Reports for later years are included in SPSO Annual Reports.
