Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP)
The Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP), part of Healthcare Improvement Scotland's ihub, is a unique national initiative that aims to improve the safety and reliability of healthcare and reduce harm, whenever care is delivered. SPSP is comprised of the following parts: Acute Adult, Maternity and Children Quality Improvement Collaborative, Medicines, Mental Health and Primary Care.
