Physical Survey Form Review
May 2009
A review of the physical survey form for 2010 was undertaken throughout the summer 2009. Details of the scope of the review are contained in the SHCS physical survey form review document.
This was a limited review of the form, nonetheless we welcomed a number inputs from data users. All responses were to be submitted to the SHCS team by 1st June 2009.
The physical survey form for 2010 will be published on the SHCS website in the summer of 2010. Physical forms from previous years are available from the Downloads and Reports section.
