Please provide an update on those dentist newly registered in practice following this summer’s graduations at Scotland’s 3 dental schools.

Can you please provide from the 1st of January 2017 to 31st of December 2017:

1. Number of payments made to opticians for eye exams split into over and under 60.
2. The number of vouchers given.
3. The full name, address and contact details for each optician they were paid to.
4. How many patients had cataracts in these exams.

Please provide a list of the following for financial year 2017/18 -

• Income and payments made to dentists within NHS Scotland
• Number of registered patients within NHS Scotland dental practices

A list of all pharmacies with their address detailing their current Patient Medication Record (PMR) Supplier correct as of 5/6/18.

The surgery/business name, address of all registered dental surgeries within a 20 mile radius of Glasgow City Centre. The information should include all surgeries within the Glasgow City boundary.

1) For each of the last three years for which data are available, what is the annual cost/value associated with mis-claiming of dental expenses in NHS Scotland in each of the following categories: 

a) claims made prior to payment verification?

b) claims which were paid but subsequently found to be invalid?

c) claims in respect of which Practitioner Services successfully recovered overpayment from dentists? 

2) For each of these three years, how many cases of misclaiming were referred to the CFS prior to any decision being made about submitting a report to the COPFS? 

3) In respect of those instances where a report has been submitted to COPFS: 

a) what is the total number of cases involved for each of the last three years?

b) what is the total value of misclaims for each of these three years?

c) in each year, how many of these cases were brought to prosecution?

d) what was the result of criminal prosecution in all cases where this took place?

The Average gross income generated through NHS dental services split by male and female dentists (i.e. gender pay gap in NHS dental services).

With regard to rent and rates reimbursements to NHS dental practices in Scotland: 

1. A list of all dental practices and the amount of abatement applied to claims for rent/rates for the last 5 financial years. 
2. Which dental practices have been requested to provide an accountants certificate in support of claims. 
3. Which practices have then had accountants certificates verified against full business financial records / annual accounts to ensure accuracy of accountants certificates.

For the 12 months January 1st, 2017 to 1st December 2017 can you inform me of the following:

• For each Health Board in Scotland what is the fee per activity for supervising methadone and what is the fee per activity for supervising Buprenorphine containing products?
• For each Health Board what was the total cost of supervising methadone in the 12-month period?
• For each Health Board what was the total cost of supervising Buprenorphine containing products in the 12-month period? 

For the 12 months January 1st, 2017 to 1st December 2017 can you inform me of the following:

• For each Health Board in Scotland what is the fee per activity for dispensing instalments for methadone and what is the fee per activity for dispensing instalments of Buprenorphine containing products?
• For each Health Board what was the total cost of dispensing instalments for methadone in the 12-month period?

For each Health Board what was the total cost of dispensing instalments for Buprenorphine containing products in the 12-month period?

I am after the following information about Hazel House Inverness IV2 7PA and Hilton Dental Practice IV2 4HT:

1. A breakdown of all the payments made for rent reimbursement to the practices from the date of 2nd Oct 2015 until the present date;
2. A breakdown of all the dates (if any) that this rent reimbursement was not claimed and how much this equated to
3. A breakdown of all the payments made for reimbursement of nondomestic rates from the date of the 2nd Oct 2015 until the present date
4. A breakdown of all the dates (if any) that this rate reimbursement was not claimed and how much this equated to
5. A breakdown of any occasions when either practice was not deemed NHS committed and a figure of how much money was not paid to the practices as a result
6. A breakdown of all authorised money to the practices that was withheld because there was no bank mandate in place to allow payment (I believe the correct term is "unscheduled"). Please include money that was eventually paid out after a delay of 3 months or more. (since 2nd October 2015)
7. A breakdown of all EDI claims that were rejected by PSD since 2nd October 2015 including the total sum withheld and how much of that sum was due to claims breaching the 3 month rule.”
