The Scottish Parliament is usually open to visitors 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday.
Visitors are welcome to enter the building and discover the visitor areas.
The Debating Chamber will be closed to visitors on Wednesday 26 June from 17.30 and from 12.45 on Thursday 27 June. The Debating Chamber will be closed throughout Friday 28 June.
On Saturday 29 June, the Scottish Parliament building will be closed in the morning for a major event, but will be open to the public from 15.00 until 20.00 (last entry 19.30).
All visits are free of charge. No booking required.
Visitor areas usually include the dramatic vaults of the Main Hall, A Parliament for the People exhibition, and the Parliament Shop and Café.
