One question at the forefront of a lot of people’s minds in the current situation: Is it still safe to get outside? The simple answer is – yes - but not necessarily as you are used to. The advice is to follow government guidelines and stay LOCAL to your home when you exercise and do not travel unnecessarily at this time.
