In line with equality legislation, the Government is working to produce Impact Assessments that take into account the impact of this framework on all affected members of society. This work is underway and, following consultation with relevant stakeholders, will be published in full in due course.

This strategic framework "Excellence and Equity During the COVID-19 Pandemic" has been jointly developed by the Scottish Government and local government, with crucial support from key partners across the education system including the Education Recovery Group, established in April 2020.
