The Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP), part of the ihub, is a unique national initiative that aims to improve the safety and reliability of healthcare and reduce harm, whenever care is delivered.
Many organisations are temporarily suspending their current quality improvement (QI) programmes as part of their response to COVID-19. We’ve produced guidance, in liaison with some of our QI partners within NHS boards, to identify the key actions that can be taken now that will make it much easier to reinstate programmes later this year.
