Role: Temporary Project Manager (Member's HR Services)
Salary: £28,003 to £34,718 per annum
Working pattern: This is a full-time post, however we are happy to talk about flexible working

Do you have current or recent experience of working in an MSP’s Office with insight into the demands faced by staff in these roles and with the credibility to engage staff? If so then this temporary role assisting the HR team with engaging MSPs and their staff and developing the HR support we provide to Members could be for you! You will be involved in gathering and analysing data on the roles undertaken by MSP’s staff to enable the drafting of job descriptions and person specifications, assist with the development of recruitment resources, and contribute to the development of training including an induction programme.
