Today we launch Inspiring Care Stories which tell how the social service workforce has adapted, coped and excelled during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Applications to the 2020-21 Voluntary Sector Development Fund (VSDF) are now open. It supports voluntary sector organisations providing social services registered with the Care Inspectorate.

We’ve completed phase one of the project to develop recommendations for the design, implementation and delivery of a sustainable and accessible national approach to newly qualified social workers (NQSWs) first year in practice on behalf of the Scottish Government.
