Current Activity of Dental Practices
Please could you supply the following listed information relating to General Dental Services in Scotland.
Please provide the current activity of dental practices measured by PSD in percentage terms (or other measure used by PSD) since the reintroduction of the SDR in November 2020. If possible provide activity details from the previous year for comparative purposes.
Additionally, please provide this information in an excel spreadsheet, by healthboard, by individual practices and by month.

Free Prescriptions in Scotland
I am seeking information regarding free prescriptions in Scotland. Can you please provide figures for each of the last four years (2017-2020) regarding the number of free prescriptions which were given out in Scotland? Can you also provide numbers for these years which outline what % of prescriptions were given for certain medical issues such as psychological medicine, pain killers etc. In addition, can you give figures for the number of prescriptions which were approved by a GP but never picked up from the chemist for said years.

I wondered if it was possible to find out the total number of Optometrists registered on the Ophthalmic List, and the number of Scottish Optometry practices in 2020.
This data had been requested previously for the financial year 2018/19 however a more current figure would be beneficial.

Use & Cost of Esketamine for Severe Depression
I read an article in The Guardian stating that esketamine has been approved as a nasal spray for severe depression in the UK. I have suffered from severe depression for 20 years. Can I be considered for this treatment through my GP and if so, do I have to pay for the prescription? Any feedback and advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
