Blood battle

Our IT system including Online Donor Accounts, will be down on Tuesday 1st June 2021 for essential planned maintenance.

All blood donation across Scotland is by appointment only. Appointments are bookable by calling 0345 90 90 999, or through your online donor account.

In the coming weeks and months, you will notice some changes to where and when we collect blood in West Lothian.

We are pleased to announce we will continue to collect plasma for medicines.
