The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission has welcomed the publication today of a Scottish Government consultation on Legal Services Regulation Reform in Scotland.
The SLCC has opened a consultation on updates to its Rules. The changes are intended to ensure that the Rules reflect a digital and paperless focus in the SLCC’s operations and engagement with the profession, and to increase efficiency and clarify processes.
We are currently seeking feedback to try and improve the service which we offer, in particular how we communicate with you.
