Can I delay or cancel my sailing?
Yes. You can cancel your ticket and apply for a refund. You can also amend your sailing, subject to availability.
You can apply for a refund online by completing our online refund form.
Bookings will be subject to a refund administration fee - unless this is under circumstances where a cancellation fee is waived e.g. disruption to service.

Terms and Conditions (excluding commercial block reservations)

| Greater than 24-hours before travel. | A refund will be given, however an administration fee of £10 will be deducted from the total fair. |
| Less than 24-hours or failure to show for travel | No refund will be given. No additional administration fees will be charged. |
Customers can amend bookings free of charge up to check-in closing.
American Express Payments
We no longer accept American Express as a method of payment. If your booking has been paid using an American Express card, please call our contact centre on 0800 066 5000 and one of our helpful advisors will process your refund to an alternative card.
