Having selected the capabilities you wish to develop look at the indicators and consider which stage you are working at. There are a number of ways you can do this:
- Assessing yourself
- Seeking feedback from others such as people using your service, your colleagues and your manager.
- During supervision

It illustrates a method for gaining feedback about staff qualities and capabilities.
