Engine Ratings at Caledonian MacBrayne work on the day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of the engines and equipment in the engine room, as well as maintenance activities elsewhere on the ship. You'll play a key role in helping Caledonian MacBrayne to operate the most extensive and complex ferry network in Britain.

Engine Ratings are also involved in cleaning, lubricating, repairing and fitting new or refurbished parts under direction of engineering officers.
