Donate today to help a child in crisis

Children 1st works to keep children safe, loved and well and together with their families.

Children do well when their families do well, so we work with children and families in their homes, local communities and across Scotland. We offer emotional, practical, and financial support to help families to put children first and campaign to uphold the rights of every child.

We support a child and their  family when they need it, for as long as they need it. We offer help to prevent families reaching crisis point, to keep children safe and to support children and families to recover from trauma and harm.

Support children in Scotland today

Get Involved

Our work began in 1884, when a group of like-minded Scots came together to prevent, protect and support children to recover from harm. Just as then, we need support from individuals, partners, communities, organisations and businesses to help keep children in Scotland  safe, loved and well today. Find out more about what we do and how your support can make a difference.
