Getting it right for every child

Beatlie Campus in Livingston is an award-winning school delivered through the Learning Estate Investment Programme (LEIP) by hub South East for pupils with additional support needs living in the West Lothian Council area. In managing LEIP, our Learning Estate team has produced this short video, showing how the school reflects Scottish Government’s pledge of ‘Getting it right for every child.’ The video shows parents and teachers speaking of the transformative benefits the school is providing, allowing pupils to flourish, no matter their needs.

An approach to shared workspace

Following the pandemic public sector organisation Registers of Scotland (RoS) saw demand for its Glasgow office space drop, but saw an opportunity to get the best use of its office space by thinking a little differently. By creating shared workspaces, multiple public sector organisations (including ourselves) now use the RoS workspace with them benefitting from property efficiencies, improved wellbeing and greater opportunities for relationship building. This video case study, produced by our Asset Strategy and Workplace team showcases how a well-designed, smarter working office can be created to suit future working needs with very little adaption.
